Who is eligible for reduced rates*?

Non-profits, small businesses (under 20 staff), and other clients with financial constraints may inquire about reduced rates* and payment plans for services.

can we talk things through before signing a contract?

Absolutely! Let’s make sure this is a good fit for both of us. We offer a complimentary 30-minute phone or Zoom call to every client.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via bank e-transfer, wire transfer, Wise, or PayPal

IS THE WORKSHOP/training FEE A FLAT RATE?

Yes, the workshop/training is a flat fee for 2 hours of programming (with breaks) or 1.5 hours (without breaks). Additional hours are billed at the general consulting hourly rate.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% upfront deposit for general consulting services, equity interventions, panel speaker bookings and large projects such as Inclusive Culture Design, Leadership Development and Workshops/Trainings.

Discovery Sessions are paid in full, upfront.


Do you have discounts for return customers?

Yes, starting January 1, 2026, we have a 10% discount that applies to service offerings in the same calendar year as the first service procured by a new client.

What is your cancellation policy?

While cancellations are unfortunate, they are sometimes necessary. Our cancellation policy is tailored to account for the investment of time, resources, and emotional labour our consultants devote to client needs:

  • Discovery Session: May be cancelled and rescheduled up to two business days (M-F) preceding the session, without penalty. If cancelled within two business days (M-F), all payments will be forfeit and no refunds will be issued.

  • General Consulting | Equity Interventions | Workshops/Trainings | Panel Speaker: May be cancelled and rescheduled up to two business days (M-F) preceding the date of service delivery, without penalty. If cancelled within two business days (M-F) preceding the date of service delivery, the deposit will be forfeit as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued.
